This is a print of a small, original work. Louisiana is a wet state. You can often see huge thunderstorms moving across the flat coastal plains of Louisiana. I watched this storm move across the fields behind my home and did not get one drop of rain on me.
The original artwork was created using oil bars, oil pastels and colored pencils on primed Bristol board. If you would like to give this drawing/painting technique a try I recommend supplies from Blick Art.
Size of Pint: H: 8 inches X W: 8 inches
Printed on acid-free paper with archival inks.
Each print is signed and numbered.
Limited edition of 50.

Extreme temperatures range from a record high of 114°F at Plain Dealing (August 10, 1936) to a record low of −16°F at Minden (February 13, 1899). ...READ MORE.
